Prokoncept's specially shaped wall elements made of Neopor can be clicked together without glue or other auxiliary materials, and the wall is carried out by hand or by pumping, with three rows of concrete poured. Of course, it can also be done in stages. The installation of the wall elements is quick and easy: the elements can be easily cut, fitted, and even installed by yourself, resulting in significant labor and time savings.
The result is an extremely well-insulated, heavy-duty structure that is resistant to ground movements, with a thickness of only 25 cm. The masonry system is completed with bridging, crown, wall end, angle and corner elements, with their help our masonry is completely thermally bridge-free. The product's excellent thermal bridge-free design offers a reduction in winter heating costs by up to 70%, while in summer the interior spaces remain pleasantly cool, preventing overheating.

Simplicity
Anyone who has built with traditional building materials: brick, Ytong, formwork, etc. knows what wall entails, what additional difficulties and costs it entails: material handling, a lot of human effort, energy, waste, cleaning up debris, constant construction dust, construction noise, etc.
In contrast, at ProKoncept: material handling is ridiculously simple - since a bale of wall elements weighs 5m²=15 kg, two people can unload all wall elements of a family house from the truck in half an hour, and no construction debris is generated - the cut polystyrene waste is collected in a nylon bag at the end of the day, dust-free and completely noise-free!

It is important to mention mechanical grooving here: while grooving in brick and Ytong walls can take days, resulting in a lot of waste, dust and noise, we can place any mechanical-electrical installation pipe in the 5 cm internal insulation of ProKoncept, draw the location of the wires with a felt-tip pen, and with an adjustable-blade hot knife (which can also be purchased from us), we can create the grooving of the entire family house within an hour in complete silence, and then collect the waste in a bag – there is a difference, right?
