Our architect designer, using ProKoncept technology, strives for high-quality and cost-effective solutions to complex tasks. The guiding principle of his work is that the future building should fully meet the needs of the client and the energy-conscious expectations of our time, the functionality and aesthetic requirements. His work is supported by 3D CAD design programs, as well as WinWatt and PHPP 2007 energy programs. His task does not end with the design, he also keeps the construction stages under continuous control.
Smaller construction projects and expansions receive the same emphasis as larger, multi-apartment apartment buildings, and the plans are prepared with complete care and precision.
In contrast, at ProKoncept: material handling is ridiculously simple – since a bale of wall elements is 3.75-5 m2 and 15-20 kg, two people can unload the all wall elements of a family house from the truck in half an hour, and no construction debris is generated – the cut polystyrene waste is collected in a nylon bag at the end of the day. Dust- and completely noise-free!
We can build partitions using any other technology, they can be easily connected to our system.
In accordance with our design principles, we personally handle all work, assist our clients in realizing their ideas, and also provide the opportunity for those wishing to build to choose from our ready-made model houses. Our architectural designers, CAD editors, and static designers have extensive experience in designing houses built with the ProKoncept construction system.
