Traditional thin external insulation materials prevent heat from escaping from the interior, which is very beneficial in winter. However, in summer, external wall surfaces can heat up to 70 degrees, and traditional single-layer thin insulation allows heat to pass through under such conditions. However, thanks to the minimum 11 cm thick polystyrene insulation, the internal surface of the wall only rises by one or two degrees, so ProKoncept system houses remain pleasantly cool in summer and keep the heat in in winter.
Energy prices are increasing rapidly and in the long term worldwide, and it is one of the most significant parts of the family budget. The ProKoncept Energy-Saving Building System has such a low heat transfer coefficient (U = 0.27~0.12 W/m2K) that 50-70% less energy is needed to heat houses built using this system! Building a ProKoncept house also reduces construction costs: it is easy and quick to build, does not require additional insulation, and due to significantly lower heat loss, a smaller boiler and smaller radiators are needed.
There is a low need for specialists in a construction project, we can even build the house ourselves. The elements can be cut with a saw quickly, simply, easily, without waste. There is no need for a crane to move the elements on the construction site.
The thermal insulation properties of a 25 cm wall correspond to a 60 cm thick ceramic frame wall. Thanks to the size of the ProKoncept wall, we will have significantly more useful interior space for the same gross area. (On average, for a 114 m2 house - we can gain more than 7 m2 of area compared to 38 ceramic frame bricks, the same gain compared to 44 bricks is almost 11 m2.) In a family house, this can even mean an additional room (room, wardrobe, bathroom, etc.)! So the customer can get more for the same initial cost. We can profit even more with larger investments: in the case of a 20-25 apartment building, we can gain the area of an entire apartment.
Neopor is biologically neutral, so the ground material is often used as a soil enhancer: it helps plants access nutrients more easily, they become healthier, and they grow faster. It is also a fact that due to the uniform insulation, there are no colder or warmer spots on the wall, so moisture does not condense, the wall does not get wet, and mold does not settle on it. This is a great help for allergy sufferers. (In our country, every third person is allergic!). Good thermal insulation also protects our environment: we use 50-70% less of our earth's finite energy reserves each year.
Thanks to the double-sided Neopor layer and the concrete core, the building will be perfectly insulated, and the inner surface of the walls will also remain at room temperature. As a result, there is no temperature difference between the center of the room and the walls, meaning that there is no significant internal air movement, and the wall does not "drag". The plasterboard used as the inner covering further helps maintain even humidity.
