It is recommended to place larger diameter pipes (110,125mm) in the masonry before concreting. Smaller diameter pipes and electrical wires can be routed in grooves created with a hot knife in the 5cm EPS on the inside part.

The hot knife can mill a very precise and accurate groove, only 2-3 bags of waste are generated from the groove milling of a family house, compared to traditional brick groove milling where this is about ten times more.

The ProKoncept Building System is an ideal solution for wall heating, as its structural design and outstanding thermal insulation properties work together to enhance heating efficiency. The polystyrene insulation placed behind the heating pipes minimizes heat loss and helps direct warmth back into the room. The pipes are carefully covered with plasterboard or plaster, resulting in a wall that is not only visually appealing but also highly functional and energy-efficient. With this system, wall heating can be installed quickly and effectively, making it a perfect choice for both new builds and renovation projects.

With flexible tile adhesive for waterproof plasterboard, which is attached to the inside of the ProKoncept wall system, or directly to the ProKoncept masonry.

In wet rooms, waterproof plasterboard must be glued to the inner surface of the ProKoncept wall, on which any covering can be applied with flexible adhesive. In non-wet rooms, glued plasterboard covering (dry plaster) is recommended, on which any covering can also be applied. Traditional (mesh-reinforced) plaster as well as machine-made gypsum plaster can be applied to the ProKoncept wall surface.

Outdoor, frost-resistant or flexible adhesive can be used.

The surface must be prepared (washed, sanded). After the surface has been primed (with flexible tile adhesive), it can be plastered (with a rabitch). Noble plaster can be applied traditionally, stone or brick cladding can be prepared by surface preparation and fastening of fixing structures. Normally, thin plaster (“dryvit”) is the external surface preparation.

Lighter objects, such as picture frames, paintings, etc., can be fixed with drywall dowels, while larger objects, kitchen furniture, shelves, can be fixed with a longer 100-120 mm screw and a dowel drilled into the concrete.

While not mandatory, we recommend a vertical grid of 25 cm and a horizontal grid of 5 cm to ensure a seamless construction process with minimal waste.

Traditional welded bitumen thick sheet waterproofing is possible both on the insulation-bearing wall and on the ProKoncept wall after surface preparation (tile adhesive, thin plaster base). Water-based (non-aggressive solvent) spreadable waterproofing can also be applied directly to the polystyrene, we can help solve individual needs with the help of our specialists and by providing junctions.

It is done in a traditional way, as there is concrete 4.5 cm behind the wall surface, so it is suitable for fixing with dowels and construction screws. The joint gap is traditionally filled with PUR foam.

Yes, it can be built in winter. Up to 0 C, it is not necessary to use concrete additives, below 0 degrees, we recommend using concrete additives, which must be mixed into the concrete. Winterizing the construction is very simple, since the walls are already insulated, and after the windows and doors are installed, a small heater also tempers the building, so interior work can be carried out continuously and the cost of tempering can remain very low.

During concreting, it is recommended to use light tamping and compact by gently tapping the side wall; vibration is not allowed.

Concrete quality: general, C12-16K. Required concrete quantity: 0.14 m3/wall-m2. Post-treatment of the concrete with water is not necessary, as the polystyrene insulation ensures the retention and evaporation of the water necessary for setting.

A turnkey family house with a floor area of ​​approximately 140 m2 can be built in 3-4 months, depending on the complexity. The wall structure itself can be built in 2-4 days.

The wall can be built very easily and quickly in a homemade construction, and we provide technical assistance if needed.

The closed-cell polystyrene base material of the ProKoncept structure has an extremely low water absorption capacity, so condensation does not form in the structure. In addition, the layer order and precise construction ensure proper vapor permeability and ventilation, minimizing moisture problems.

Polystyrene is difficult to burn and self-extinguishing. It does not support combustion, its material can only be melted by an external fire source. If the fire source is removed, the burning or melting of the material ceases after a few seconds. The load-bearing core of ProKoncept walls is concrete, which is a non-flammable material.

The load-bearing structure is concrete or reinforced concrete, the strength and load-bearing capacity of which are many times higher than those of brick or wood structures. It can be built up to 4 floors high on its own, but as a frame infill wall it can be used up to 10 floors according to static calculations.

If the building is professionally constructed, neither rodents nor insects will have access to polystyrene, which is not their favorite anyway, since it is not their food. The German manufacturer of the raw material BASF guarantees biological neutrality for the material. Rodents and insects do not harm it.

In practice, in the case of other masonry, at best only a thousandth of the amount of air that is exchanged through window ventilation can escape through the walls. A perfectly constructed external wall does not exchange external and internal air to a significant extent, otherwise the interior would cool down or heat up very quickly, in this respect, traditional brick and ProKoncept walls are almost no different from each other.

Traditional structural elements are very heavy, requiring a lift or crane to move them. Moving the ProKoncept thermal insulation formwork does not require any mechanization, its weight per 1-1.5 m3 is only 15-20 kg.
