This not only keeps the heat in in winter, but also provides a pleasant coolness in summer, reducing heating and cooling costs. The elements can be easily fitted to any roof structure and require significantly less auxiliary materials compared to traditional solutions.

Simple solutions
The carpenters have no choice but to unscrew the ProKoncept roof elements directly after the rafter structure is completed, and then they can immediately lay the tiles. Thanks to the massiveness of our roof element, we can even lay concrete tiles, but since our new development – to the request and delight of many – beavertail tiles can now also be used with our system.
With this method, we can create a roof with exposed beams much cheaper, since there is no need for a “double” carpenter structure – the roof insulation is not in the plane of the rafter, but outside it.
The construction time of the roof is greatly reduced, and the roof insulation will also be free of thermal bridges. Another advantage of the Neopor roof element over cotton insulation is that if the cotton gets wet, it collapses and loses a lot of its insulating capacity, while polystyrene does not change in terms of either its shape or its insulating capacity when exposed to moisture or water.
